Our client is a major multinational, very stable in the market. Due to its field they are developing  and increasing their team with :

HR Generalist – Mures/Harghita/Covasna

Responsibilities :

  • Elaborates all necessary documents related to the individual employment agreements of the employees, according to the law (employment offer, employment contract, job description, addendums to the contract, end of contract notification and decision etc.) and updates the personnel administration database
  • Collaborates with the payroll provider to ensure that your salaries are paid correctly and on time, according to payroll procedure, internal rules and labor and fiscal law.
  • Manages the timesheet of the employees using the informatic system People Time Management  and makes sure that all the necessary documents are complete and correct  (holiday requests, medical certificates, permission leaves, special event documents)
  • Manages the internal recruitment process by promoting the company in the local market (creating job advertisement in the local media) and by updating the recruiting database (archiving the job applications physically and electronically)
  • Manages the preselection process (telephone interviews and individual interviews) and offers postselection feedback (negative feedback and employment offer) and collaborates with recruiting agencies according to recruiting procedures and internal rules (preselects candidates based on short list provided by recruiting agency and performs selections interviews).
  • Elaborates specific HR reports periodical and on demand  (regarding holidays, worktime and overtime hours, fluctuation, recruiting KPI, statistical reports etc) that are required by the HR Manager
  • Provides support and consultancy for managers in organization of departments, from a legislative and policy point of view
  • Searches and centralizes different HR offers that may be helpful for HR development (promotion offers, recruiting agencies offers, training agencies offers)
  • Offers support to the HR Manager regarding the events and projects organized by the HR department (company’s newspaper, job-fairs, entertainment events etc)
  • Offers support to the HR Manager during internal and external HR audits
  • Provides communication interface between management and employees in solving problems and discontents in terms of performance, productivity, payment, benefits, absenteeism

Requirements :

  • University Degree
  • Human Resources Qualifications  ( Training/PR ) represents an advantage
  • English and Hungarian Language is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources ( personnel administration, payroll calculation or  recruiting
