These are some of the questions that are most often asked by companies regarding posting of an advertisement. Here you will find information on the procedure and steps involved when placing an advertisement on our site.
Q1: How do I begin to post an advertisement ?

First, you should register your details through our Post Your Ad! form, or contact our Corporate Accounts Team directly.
Next, YOU can create a corporate account Login ID and Password through our online Registration Form.
As our job posting procedure is now fully automated, you will be able to create your own job advertisement and manage your account online, 24 hours a day. Upon contract signature, TBS will activate your job advertisement and posting.
Q2: How long is the period of advertisement?

All job advertisements are posted for 30 days, effective from the posting date, unless you choose to have a closing date which would be earlier.
Q3: How much will the advertisement cost?

We offers our clients two standard packages (up to 5 positions, and 6 or more positions). In addition, we would be glad to customise our standard advertising format to meet your needs. Please contact any of our Corporate Accounts Team for more detailed pricing.
Q4: What are the terms of payment?

Once you have completed your job advertisement order online, and following contract signature, you will be sent an invoice by mail to your designated address.
For Romania-based companies, the payment should be made via a bank transfer within 5 days of the invoice issue date.
The amount is payable in ROL at the official exchange rate of the BNR on the day of the invoice date. If the Beneficiary does not observe the deadline for payment , the Beneficiary will owe the Company a penalty of 0.30% of the invoice amount, per day for each day of late payment. If payment is not made within 10 days, from the invoice date, the Beneficiary will be notified in accordance with normal legal procedures.
VAT will be added to the negotiated fees.
For companies outside of Romania, fees will be paid in USD or in Euro. The terms of payment and penalties are the same as for payment in ROL.
Q5: What additional support services does TBS provide?

Here are some examples of the extra support services that come along with your advertisement:
Online recruitment system;
24-hour access to your corporate account on the Internet;
Real-time creation and listing of your advertisement online;
Comprehensive customer support.
Against a monthly subscription fee, continual access to our database.
Q6: What if I don't want to advertise a specific vacancy, but would like to scan the market.

You may do this in either or both of two ways: For a monthly subscription fee, you can have continual access to our database. In addition or in place of this, you may choose to work directly with our professional staff at TBS.
